Tell us a little about your background:
I’m an experienced IT professional with domain expertise in Cards & Mobile payments and the Capital market. I graduated in mathematics and hold a master’s degree in computer applications. I joined Crosskey in 2016 as a consultant for a short-term assignment but that turned out to be an awesome journey of 7+ years with various roles like Application Developer, Platform Manager, and my current position as System Architect. Before joining Crosskey, I worked for Nordea Bank for 2 years in the Asset & Wealth management area.
What's one of your most rewarding projects at Crosskey, and why?
During my tenure at Crosskey, I've contributed to a handful of very exciting projects, drawing valuable insights from each. However, if I were to choose the most rewarding it would undoubtedly be the implementation of MDES (Mastercard Digital Enablement Service) into our Card Product. This project not only highlighted our technical expertise but also underscored our commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions that enhance our client's success in the rapidly evolving card and mobile payments market. There was extensive learning from this project where several teams at Crosskey, the client, Mastercard, Google and Apple were involved.
How does your role at Crosskey contribute to client success?
In my role as a System Architect, I'm focused on helping clients succeed by creating secure, scalable, and compliant solutions tailored to their specific business needs. My emphasis on automation and efficiency helps clients stay agile in the ever-changing business landscape, contributing to their success and establishing Crosskey as a trusted partner in their digital journey. Whether it's improving existing applications or building new solutions, my goal is to improve user experiences by delivering high-quality products and setting clients up for long-term growth.
How do you stay motivated in your role?
What motivates me in my role is the constant learning and problem-solving and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our client’s success. I find inspiration in tackling complex challenges, working on solutions that push technological boundaries and ultimately positively affecting end users. The dynamic nature of technology challenges me to stay at the forefront of new technologies, industry trends and best practices. Additionally, collaborating with skilled teams and witnessing the positive outcomes of our collective efforts further fuels my enthusiasm for creating robust and future-ready products.
