Why did you choose a career in tech?

I have always been fascinated by the possibility’s technology offers and curious about how it can be used to create innovative solutions. This curiosity has driven me to constantly explore and learn. Technology is changing industries and has a huge impact on people’s lives. It is really exciting to be part of that journey.

Why should young women go for tech, and what advice would you give women considering a career in tech?

A career in tech offers the flexibility to work in a variety of roles and industries. My advice is to stay curious and don’t be afraid to take on challenges. Your unique perspective is valuable and needed in the industry.

What changes do you like to see in the tech industry to make it more interesting and inclusive for women?

Women have already started to find their place in the tech industry. In my teams, the proportion of women is almost equal to men. However, the industry could do a better job of highlighting the variety of roles available within tech. By showcasing the diverse opportunities and specializations, we can attract even more talent and make the industry more interesting and inclusive for everyone.
